Each charge is laid beside one sentence — the oath — and asked a single question: is this its faithful execution, or a breach of the word that was given? Every entry states the act in plain fact, names its sources, and meets its strongest rebuttal.
We build this record to be turned over in the hand and found whole. Each charge wears its sourcing status in the open: ready is publication-grade; narrowing is sourced but still being tightened; hold is still being sourced and is labelled so plainly.
